The Broadview Hotel

Location: 106 Broadview Ave, Toronto

At Toronto's historic Broadview Hotel, our work throughout the restaurant involved much more than what appears in the finished dining area and commercial kitchen.

A major part of the challenge was above the ceiling, where the existing mechanical and electrical systems required significant restructuring and coordination to accommodate the renovation.

Working within an existing building meant navigating limited ceiling space, existing conditions and multiple systems that all needed to come together.
