We are looking for a driven Site Supervisor to join our team to perform and assist in the following and related duties:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate on construction plans, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
• Workforce Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; conduct inspections.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety trainings.
• Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate delivery and handling of construction materials and equipment.
• Communication and Reporting: Update the project manager regularly; maintain records and reports. 
  

• Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out general labor duties, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand and power tools.
• Execute tasks related to concrete pouring, carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, backsplash, kitchen cabinet installations and other specialized construction activities as required.
• Collaborate with other team members, including tradespeople, foremen, and supervisors, to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational readiness.

 Core responsibilities include:

• Professionally make cabinets from wood.
• Ability to operate the various machines related to the making of cabinets.
• Use of hand tools to cut woods when needed for Cabinet making, clamping, and fitting various parts of wood to make a cabinet.
• Submitting reports on the extent of work done to the supervisor.
• Produce or assemble components of articles, such as store fixtures, office equipment, cabinets, or high-grade furniture.
• Measure materials to mark reference points, cutting lines, or other indicators.

• Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines and budgets.
• Select and organize project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain a project schedule.

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Maintain and update project schedules as necessary.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records.
