Requirements:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Carry out general labor duties, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand and power tools.
- Execute tasks related to concrete pouring, carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, backsplash, kitchen cabinet installations and other specialized construction activities as required.
- Collaborate with other team members, including tradespeople, foremen, and supervisors, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines at all times to promote a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members.

- Other related duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction laborer with a demonstrated skill set in construction tasks.
- Proficiency in handling various hand and power tools commonly used in construction work.
- Ability to interpret and follow construction plans, drawings, and instructions.
- Physical strength and stamina, capable of lifting and moving heavy materials or equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the construction team.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be beneficial but not mandatory.
